Laser-range finders and Contact Lenses

my friend let me try out his leupold rangefinder and everything i saw thru the lens was blurry. i think my contact lenses werent letting me focus correctly. has anyone else experienced this?

You can turn the rubber mounted part that you put up to your eye to focus the unit. Most of the time I just adust mine for inside 100 yards, but if I shoot something further out then it is out of focus.

Contacts should not be a problem.

shoot, i didnt even think to ask about a focus feature. outside 100yds, did you mean that it cant be focused clearly?

No... it can focus fine across the range. I just set mine somewhere in the middle. The blur at the extremes is barely noticeable.

Focus on an object 250 yards away isn't the same as one 50 yards away. Mine's tack sharp at about 160 yards and barely soft at the extremes.
