I am new here so a quick introduction.

I am from Edinburgh, Scotland and I have been playing for just under a year. My current handicap is 27. If i can cut down the fairway duffs and tighten my putts then I have a chance at getting my handicap lower!

I went to see a pro for a lesson the other day and I was told my main problem is my wrists dont come around quickly enough, so as well as the odd duff a lot of my shots go to the right. I am one of those guilty of knocking my tee shots about 250+ to the right hand side!

My wife is due a baby any day now so this year may end upa write off, but then I will have a child to make into the next tiger woods :)

Enough about me anyway, look forward to getting to know a lot of you.

Hi Lotok, enjoy the forum. Comming up to East Lothian in August with a few of the guys for a 5 day golfest.Keep at it ,the handicap will start to tumble soon Im sure.

Some really nice courses in East Lothian, Enjoy. My wife is the main reason my handicap is high. If I had my way I would be out every day.
