I'm thinking about buying a few tickets for the Open. I was looking on stubhub and see "grounds" and "ga" (general admission) as two options.

I've never been to a tournament before - is there any difference between these two tickets? I figured everything would be general admission?

Thanks for your help.

Those should be the exact same thing. Grounds and GA both just get you in the door, nothing else.
