These past few weeks have been a huge breakthrough. My last four rounds have been 78,76,78,74. My index has dropped from 10.0 to 7.0 in 2 weeks. I knew i was so close to being in the 70s a lot but i think i have finally broken through. My question is does this usually become permenant or just a good stretch.

Have you taken lessons or was it just kind of randomly better?
