Does anybody know the difference between the Tour Irons and the Regular ones?
Aside from the obvious looks.
Are Tour Irons any different in shaft flex, or forgiveness. It's about a hundred dollar difference.
I've tried out the Regular X-20s but I was afraid the Tour Irons were for more low handicap players.

I think the Tour irons (or mostly anything with the word "tour" in them) are meant for low-mid handicappers. I've not tried the X-20 Tour irons but enjoy the "basic" (read: newbie) version lots :)

The tour series have less offset and a thinner topline on the heads. They are also offered with more shaft options from Callaway. They are available in all flex ranges so they may or may not be stiffer than the non tour series. The tour series have a more traditional hosel, not the bore-thru type.

They still have the cavity back and perimeter weighting that will help you get the ball up. Unless you are a consistent slicer of the ball there is no need to fear the tour series. They can possibly bring your game to the next level. What spec clubs are you looking at, and what's the price point?

I don't slice the ball anymore. My recent rounds of golf, I've found I draw the ball most of the time and hook here and there.

The local golf store here sells the X-20 Steel for 599.99, whereas the Tour Irons are 699.99. I'm also looking at other alternatives such as, Mizuno MX-100 or Adams A3OS. I've tried hitting hybrids and I can say with certainty that I enjoy hitting them. I can hit my long irons but not all that consistent. Correct me if I'm wrong, the regular x-20 comes with 3h and 4h hybrids?

I don't think that is true.

I have yet to see a Callaway iron set sold with hybrids.

    • Day 23: weird day, and only had a little bit of time. Just did mirror work again, working on where the elbow is in the downswing
    • I flipped over to this tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyone else watch? I picked it up during the golf relay event, but seeing these pros out having fun in alternative events was refreshing and entertaining. I’m sure it will be on in reruns in the next week or so, so I won’t spoil the outcome. Im curious what others thought of it. I’m recording it’s later airing to see the beginning.
    • Day 443 - 2025-12-17 Made a few swings in testing some things out at another academy. Might pop up on someone else's podcast in a few weeks.
    • Day 37 (17 Dec 25) - nine hole round with my good friend.  We got paired up with a couple of the men’s group regulars as part of their shootout.  Started off with a wonderful quad bogie and then a dbl on three to be six over thru three holes.  Game went 180° over the next five as I shot one under (including a chip in birdie on hole six and four up and down 1 putt pars) for a net finish of five over. What could have been a really tough nine became a solid finish due to staying in the moment and not checking out.  Great day in course management and keeping perspective .
    • Day 127 12-17 Backswing and flow practice. Took advantage of the 60 degeee weather(it was 20 degrees Sunday)
