I've always just plugged my scores in and did the math, but if I ever want to enter tournaments and stuff I'll need a GHIN. Thanks

Sign up with a approved provider. Many golf courses provide the service. I use the Golf Association of Michigan because membership also comes with discounts at many Michigan golf courses. Check out Iowa Golf Association .

Gotta join a 'club'. It might be online or at a course, but you will have to pay for it.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.
