I'm new here to this forum also and I've been on a lot of sports forums but this one is really good.

I've played a couple of courses in Minnesota (my late wife being from Iowa and we used to go to Minnesota for summer vacations) but your "State Bird" got in the way of the flight of the ball a lot.

Haha. Nice meeting you. I know, our 'State Birds' are pretty numerous in the peak of the season.

Welcome aboard! I see your home course is in the Rochester area. I currently reside 50 miles northwest of the Twin Cities (Zimmerman). Let me know if you ever make it up to metro (or close) and maybe we can hook up for a round.
