Better striking w/ woods from fairway

I need help on getting better contact with my woods from the fairway / rough. I can hit the ball pretty well using my woods from a tee but when it comes to getting onto the fairway I usually end up "chunking" it or topping it.

Where should the ball be in my stance?

I've worked on my driving and now I can keep the ball outta the woods and into the rough/fairway but now my 2nd shot's are terrible.

In my Staff bag:
