I was at the range and saw this short, stocky Korean guy. He was built like K.J. Choi. I thought, "This guy might be pretty good". The I saw him do the backswing plane waggle... no wait... that's his takeaway! It was the wonkiest swing I have ever seen in my life, no offense to this fine gentleman. And yes, I have seen Charles Barkley's swing. What made me notice was how straight he hit the ball with that swing. It wasn't far: my 56* was flying where his driver stopped rolling. But I was so impressed that he actually made contact. He started with all hands, took the club to about waist high in front of him, paused, re-routed it back behind him, did a weird foot lifting thing, lifted the club to the top, started down over the top, stopped halfway down, re-routed it back inside, and then swung through. I wanted to get it on video, but didn't want to offend him. I just got done watching the world's craziest golf swings video on youtube, which is why I thought of it.

P.S. Did you know Natalie Gulbis has an extra vertebrae?

I see alot of that around here, I don't understand how people can even make a consistant swing playing like that.
