Didn't get beat by a 14 year old girl!

Thank god. My girlfriends friends daughter wanted to play golf on friday and at first I thought, awesome I get to play golf but when we showed up her mom told me that she had played already and would have shot a 39 if she hadn't blown up on the last hole.

So then I started to worry, a 39? I have never shot in the 30's on a regulation course. Turns out her dad/coach considered golf as a profession and actually tried qualifying for the us open and she plays every day. EEEK!

So I played some of my best golf ever and even though I sunk a shot in a pond and got stuck behind a tree I shot a 40 barely beating her and keeping my man card .

I'm keeping the score card in case she ends up being famous, her only real problem was that she had a short backswing and I had 50+ yards on her on every hole except the par threes.

And, I think I may know who you're talking about lol. Is she a freshman in HS?

Wouldn't that be strange. I don't usually play there but it was pleasantville country club. Her mom's maiden name is clark but I know her as johner (sp) so its ashley clark or ashley johner.

thats pretty trippy how some kids are just that good...
there's a 13yr old girl at my club thats just crazy...
i got to play a round with her and her father... both of them were just striping balls all day long...
her dad played from the tips and we played from the teebox one up...
i pretty much out drove her the whole time but hers were just lasers pinpointing spots while i was trying my best to keep my ball in play...
she'd be seriously disappointed in not getting a gir while i was scrambling like a maniac...
im man enough to say she got me by at least 5 strokes and her dad was just putting on a clinic and shooting 3 under

A kid on my high school golf team played against a girl in a match once. He got crushed, and the match was done in 6 holes. I hate her though. She was such a b*tch.
