I am leaning toward steel. My driver clubhead speed is 105mph and i use a stiff driver and 3 wood shaft. What is the norm here?

I'd say get a stiff graphite shaft. Graphite, in my opinion, feels much better and makes it easier to hit.

I got a different take on this. Some days I have problems hitting my hybrid off the deck. I'm not sure why, because some days it's money. Anyway, I prefer having the R-flex graphite in mine, because I feel like I dont have to go at it as hard and I can concentrate so much more on hitting it solidly. Knowing that has helped me hit it better. If I was hitting it only off the tee, I'd definitely go with a stiff flex, but since that isnt the case, I stuck with the reg. flex.

I have my 19* in graphite stiff and 23* in stiff steel. I am able to go at the 23* harder without having to worry about hooking it as much. The 19*, I have to be mindful of how hard I go at it since the shaft is "whippier". So I think it comes down to your tempo, if you have an aggressive swing then I'd say go with steel.

I have had a regular graphite before and I currently have a stiff steel hybrid and I hit both very well so I am not much help to you unless you can try them out somewhere (or a friend's)

+1 But my swing isn't as fast as the OP. I love the graphite as well so I can just focus on swing mechanics and not about speed. I can casually swing my 3H 19* and send it a good distance. In fact, it's when I try to muscle up that I get myself into trouble.

EXACTLY!! When I have a less than perfect lie and I'm using my hybrid, my only swing thoughts are "smooth swing and solif contact". I'm able to relax a little more and let the club/shaft do the work for me. It definitelt helps in consistency.

I'll be honest though, my swing speeds off the tee vs. in the fairway with one of my irons (or hybrid) are two totally different things. Off the tee, I'm 100+, but my irons are a good bit slower. To the OP, swinging 105 with the driver doesnt exactly tell us the whole story. Because of the considerably shorter shaft, the swing speed of your hybrid should be a good bit slower. It's just the nature of the shaft length. On top of that, generally speaking, most people tend to go at it with their driver a littler harder than with their irons and hybrids. Get your speed measured with your irons or a demo hybrid and that may help you make a better decision.

I have an 18 (2) in steel and 23? (3) in stiff graphite. I prefer the steel. It feels more in control to me.

i tend to hit my woods better than my irons and my woods are graphite and my irons are still so i went with graphite for my hybrid and i play it more like a wood than an iron and i couldnt be happier with it.
