I recently bought a set of older taylor made irons not really knowing what irons i should buy. After playing several rounds and a few trips to the range i realized that regular flex graphite is definitly not for me (im a bigger guy 5'11 270).

So now i stop in a local pro-shop today and see a set of nike cci irons brand new for 299 in stiff steel.

They are willing to give me $60 for my taylormade set.

What should i do?

In my bag:

Driver: G5
3 wood: Big Bertha Fusion
5 wood: burner Irons: cci cast 4-PW,AWWedge: SV 56*Putter: Ignite 001

So i dropped the cash on the new irons and wow im glad i did. Gained about half a club of distance on each iron and hit them much straighter than my old burners and thios was only with one trip to the range. If anyone can find the cci's on clearence they are a good pick up.

Put that Taylor-made set on ebay. Sounds to me like your getting the shaft only getting 60 for them.
