Know a lot about clubheads, not so much the shafts. I have a Graffalloy ProLite Elite shaft in my R510. I love it. Out of curiosity, I was wondering if this is a good shaft or not?

I believe that's a pretty standard stock shaft. Is it the best one out there? Probably not. Is it decent at least? Absolutely.

The nice thing about stock shafts for major companies, especially for frequent-purchase items like drivers, is that they're always at least decent. Why? Well, many people are just going to buy the driver without paying attention to the shaft. The company wants people to like the driver, so they tell their friends, come back for next year's model, etc. Now, might you be better off with something like a Mitsubishi or UST? Maybe and maybe not. But are you in bad shape because of the shaft that comes in in a TaylorMade brand driver? Probably not.

If you love it... then it's the best shaft made.
