Well, I still don't think The Golf Channel is going to be anywhere near "good" in covering events for the PGA Tour next year, but at least they got Nick Faldo, according to

this article .
The Golf Channel announced today that six-time major winner and popular golf analyst Nick Faldo will join its team of broadcasters, and will serve as the network’s main analyst for PGA TOUR coverage.

If The Golf Channel can snag Paul Azinger to go along with Faldo, they will be in great shape as far as the PGA Tour goes. They definitely went after the right guy.

I was thinking the other day while watching the Western Open how nice it would be for TGC to get Faldo for their 2007 and beyond coverage of the PGA Tour.

Great news! Gotta have faith faith faith!

Azinger is gonna focus on golf, last I heard. That's partly why he's been absent from ABC telecasts even Faldo has made.
