Anyone know of any? Randalls Island I'm aware of.. but the practice green for putting seems really really fast... Not sure if that'll be good practice...

There's one at Mosholu golf course in the Bronx that you can just go to for free. The facility includes a putting green, a chipping green, and a range (50% balls though). No bunkers unfortunately

The greens at the shortgame area in Randall's Island is made of turf so it's not that realistic. I hear Marine Park GC has a nice short game area, haven't been there myself yet though. Also, there is an 18 hole pitch-n-putt in Flushing right near the LIRR station which would make it pretty accessible for you.
