first issue of golf digest magazine

i have one room in the house that my wife has given me. Its where my LCD tv hangs and all my memoribila that I have collected over the years is.

I have the very first sports illustrated magazine framed and hanging up in my room and its a nice conversation piece when people come over. So I started thinking about getting one that relates to golf, but after alot of searching on google and ebay, i have come up short.

anyone know what would be the first golf digest magazine? or even the first ever golf magazine period?

Maybe get some cool commerative sports illustrated covers that they have, maybe like tigers first masters, watson duel in the sun, some of nicklaus and palmers covers. Those might be cool and nice conversation starters
