In an 18 hole round in the summer I will drink 3 bottle of water and two electrolyte drinks. I walk for most rounds. I used to race bicycles. On long races, 3+ hours, I couldn’t take in enough fluid and would cramp in the last hour. I ended up doing shorter races instead near the end of my racing days.
