Need some help with a match

Ok so at my club there is a "ladder" of 15 ppl ordered 1-15. You can challenge 2 down and whoever is on top at x date wins. So i have been on top most of the year and i played a match today and lost. I have a match tomorrow for the 1st spot again. The format is stroke and my opponent plays a tee set up from me . He is a 10 hndcp but doesnt hit it far so he is pretty good from a shorter set of tees. He also shot 37 to beat me today. so i need any advice that you may have? any help mentally? Thanks all

just go out and play your game the opponent will lose some strokes and you can get a little aggressive to put some pressure on him and he should crack

Shoot 36.

If he's a 10, he careered it to shoot 37. Count on him doing that again.

Shoot 36 and you'll be fine.
