dent on bottom of driver

i just noticed on my brand new driver i somehow have a small dent on the bottom of the driver. not sure how or when it happened. will that affect distance, performance, etc?????

its on the bottom near the lip where the club face and bottom meet. its about a quarter inch back from that lip.

a little ding or dent probably wont make much of a difference in club performance. However if it was a crack or a lack of club integrity, then it might seep moisture inside and eventually harm your club... but just a small dent wont affect anything.

Where did you buy it? I would return it immediately, a Brand New club shouldnt have a scratch let alone a dent!

bought it on ebay. there is a 7 day return policy but i highly doubt i can return it since i have used it several times since i got it. i'll post a picture later tonight of the dent.

Was it used or new from ebay? What ebay site sold it to you? Was it a really great deal..price? Not saying it was their fault for sure but you never know.

was new still in wrapper when i got it off of ebay. It came from carlsgolfland which was selling them. i checked and it says return policy is 7 days for unused equipment only.... :(
im pretty sure i put the dent there not them, as i dont remember seeing any dents when i unpackaged it. like i said it was still in the original wrapping from TM when i got it.
