I´ve been fighting a OTP move since i started (which results in a bad slice with my driver and long irons and hitting the ball too much on the toe instead of the sweetspot with shorter clubs).

So recently i experimented with a couple things - like wider stance, really aggressiv hips and legs, and voila - sweetspot here i came. But as soon as i slowed down my lower body its OTP and toe-mishits again.

Now the thing is - this whole lower body move really feels super aggressiv and it feels like the upper body and arms are trailing (maybe a bit out of sync) behind and the lower body does pretty much all the work.

That leads me to a really silly question - how do you guys "feel/expierence" your lower body compared to your upper body?

Dont get me wrong - if i do this i hit my driver just great(driver in general is a good reflection for me if my swing is on or off) and when looking at the iron impacts they are very close to the sweetspot that way and ball flight in general is straight and high.

Is it actually possible to have a lower body that is too aggressiv - if so, whats the result?
