I believe that Swing weight has the most effect of the 'feel' of the driver head. You can have a 60g gram shaft that is weighted more towards the hands which would cause the feeling of no 'club head'. If another 60 gram shaft was weighted towards the Club head, you would get the feeling of a heavy club head.

That's a good point. I've never really thought about how the weight is distributed in a shaft. Then again, a good fitting on a launch monitor and you wouldn't have to.
