R9 or R9 460?

Hey guys! whats everyones thoughts on the r9 and r9 460!!?? I know apart from the movable weights is the main difference but is it really worth spending more just for that!!?? Is it just a larger head also that is main difference?

its said to be that the 460 is slightly more forgiving than the regular r9.

there isn't much difference in size.

But if money is no issue I'd take the extra forgiveness of the 460.
But in Real Life I'd buy the cheaper normal R9

The 460 is a good driver I bought mine a little over a month a go it's forgiving and about 8 to 10 yards farther then my old ping.

Correct, and the 460 just has the FTC and not the movable weights.

I have had the R9 and the R9 460. The 460 is hotter and more forgiving than the regular. I originally had the R9 and was not impressed, I wasn't even going to try the 460 because of this. The first time I hit the 460, I was immediately impressed with the distance, the ball felt like it exploded off the face, and the forgiveness is excellent.

thanks for info guys that makes my decision slightly easier now! just need to find out if i need a regular or stiff shaft!! All my irons are 2 degree upright so will the neutral upright setting benefit me you think??

Its hard to say what setting would be best for you, but given the fact that your irons are upright, NU/L would work. It will take a little dialing in, but once you do, you will be set. It's a beast.

I had the 460 and was not impressed with club. It was not a very "hot" driver. My experience with G10 & Burner was way better.
