I use an alarm clock but I always wake up before it goes off and turn it off. I'm a morning person though and I make it a point to get enough sleep. I also work out. Working out (or being physically active) is probably the best thing you can do to insure your sleep is sound and regular.

This is funny. I never do this, but a couple of weeks ago I was really awake and went to the restroom. I saw it was 6:00. I went to rest for about 15 minutes and went to the restroom again and saw it was 6:14, one minute before my alarm went off. I turned off my alarm and took my shower, ate breakfast. At 7:00 I went outside to go to school and it was night-dark outside. I walked in and looked at the clock and it was 6:00. I realized that I didn't really bother to look at the hour hands at the clock since I assumed my internal clock was spot-on.
