I tend to come out of my posture, both backswing and down swing. Especially with the driver. Just concentrating on not doing it is not working. Since Jack Grout is no longer with us, what drills, or practice techniques do you use to help with this.

The two that I've seen used are:

If you have a friend at the range, have them hold the handle end of a club against your forehead as you swing. If you dip or straighten, you'll know it right away.

The solo version of this is to hold a pen or other indicator in your mouth while you swing. Keep the end of the pen pointing to the ball the whole swing.

Neither of these necessarily put you in the correct position, but they do help to make sure that you maintain the position you start with.
