100% with you on John Wall. That kid's an amazing guard. Kentucky looks solid. Good to see the 'cats back.

I like the Orange this year... look EXTREMELY dominating this year! Especially against UNC, and that 60-12 first half against Maine the other night... we have 9 real good players and a few other decent ones, looking forward to the game against Pitt I'll be watching at the Dome on Jan 2nd!

Im expecting Wisconsin to make a lot of noise this year. They have already beaten Duke fairly easily and IMO they are only headed up in the rankings.

Thought Ohio State might play decent this year until they lost Turner. They didn't have any shot at winning it all, but they were decent.

Just waiting for next year... hopefully they redshirt Turner this year and he wants to come back and play with the next recruiting class.

An Ohio State fan in Lexington? Do you sleep with one eye open at night??

Im a Louisville fan myself, but I wouldn't mind if UK wins it all either.... just as long as the Cards have a good showing against the Cats on Jan. 2nd.

I can't wait for next year. Jared Sullinger will be quite the difference maker for us.

I watched some of the Kentucky game earlier and they looked impressive, might be the most talented team other than Kansas.

Yea, it is always a good game, no matter who is favored by how many. But, dont expect a W in Rupp against this years team. If we were in Louisville.....MAYBE, but there may be more UK fans in Louisville than Louisville fans, so it would still pretty much be a home game.

It should be a good game though.

I agree with Kentucky. I have a hard time saying 'Cuse after they lost in the preseason. I mean I know it's preseason and all, but come on, Le Moyne?

Gonzaga. I don't know. I've just always loved the Zags.

Big game tonight for my Gaels from St. Mary's! After getting screwed out of an at-large bid last year, a win tonight (barring any real bad losses to the bottom of the WCC) could make the difference come Selection Sunday. You may not know where Moraga is, but if you enjoy watching quality hoops, turn on ESPN 2 tonight at 8 and prepare for college basketball at its finest!

    • I mean there has to be some thought. For eg., something like 'soft knees and wrists' at set up and maybe a dynamic 'left arm to chin' as a trigger to start DS. I have these one or two anchor thoughts and have served me well. In fact, my wildest swings are the one where I have no thoughts or if I forget to walk thru my anchor thoughts. In contrast my best rounds are where I am consistent with the anchor thoughts.    OTOH, if I am running my entire half hour lesson (hypothetical) with some pro that I had last Saturday or whatever before every swing then I'm probably in trouble before I even get over the ball.
    • Two bits. Bit 1 The NCAA's appeal of Brendan Sorsby being granted a temporary injunction will not be heard until February, so there will be nothing to prevent Sorsby from playing the full season and potential CFP.  Bit 2 The Big Ten Conference will hold a meeting and is expected to ban all of its athletic programs from playing Texas Tech in the regular season. Georgia has done the same. The SEC will meet to consider a similar ban. Fellow Big 12 members TCU and Kansas State are spearheading a similar ban, but the conference charter might not allow it. Meanwhile, Big 12 athletic directors are meeting this week to explore what options the conference might have.
    • No, but I'm also in disagreement that golfers have no thoughts over the golf ball, and/or don't ever think I've met someone I truly believe is thinking nothing but "target" or something on most shots.
    • StuM,  I have, in the past, added a left handed club. (Ususally a 7 iron) However, I usually take a stroke penalty and move the ball to where I want it.  I play for fun and in a pinch can use theback side if my club if I don't want the penalty stroke.    RetiredOldMan,  Terry
