These aren't guaranteed to stick around, but I've made some recent improvements to the site beyond some template changes.

In the "Search this thread" there's a new option to "find my posts" in this thread.

I added "Today's Posts" under "Quick Links."

I added a plugin that lets me rename all the post titles in a thread if I change the thread title. Not a user-end thing but something that'll help, particularly when you misspell something in the title (like that recent "Tee>s" thread).

I enabled profile pictures. Go ahead, use 'em. They're different than avatars and, ideally, should be a picture of you.

I enabled a plugin that does something with video. Sorry to be vague. It is helpful to everyone though.

Enhanced Reputation Checks (the thing that limits reputation to +/- 2) also now displays your own reputation on your own posts. Click the same little badge and it'll tell you if your post got reputation and what your current total is.

I still wish "Ignore threads" had been updated by now... I liked that mod. I might have to look into doing it myself soon if the original author won't.

I think I'm missing a few improvements, but I'll update this thread when I change anything else.

I've also installed a new file that gzips more content and supposedly speeds things up a little. It supposedly only works for vBulletin 3.7/3.8, but everyone who has used it on 4.0 says it still works, so... whatever.

    • Day 446 - 2025-12-20 Woke up early and got some swings in before teaching putting all day. Looking forward to doing the same tomorrow.
    • It's miles better, though.
    • Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.
    • Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
