Can I replace a steel shaft w/ a graphite shaft in my Callaway Steelhead 5W?

Its more about something to do today vs. serious change. I'm curious as to how the 5W would perform w/ graphite vs. steel.

I'm not going to jack up the club if it is completely out of the question.

What's in the bag...

Yeah, sure, a shaft is a shaft. It's glued in. You can put anything in there, you can even use a special shim to put a smaller diameter shaft in a larger bore hosel.

as Shanks said, u sure can - assuming its a shaft that fits and works for you
dont toss any ol shaft in there, research hit a few and put somethng that firs ur swing

i just changed out my 4w from a DG S300 to a Graphite Design YS-7+ FWY (see sig)
