Nike's new promotion

After kicking myself blue today (and last night) for missing the GolfSmith Callaway give-away - even after being warned a few times by some folks on this board - I couldn't pass this one up. It's not as easy as the "Win with Phil" giveaway, but I signed up the second I heard about it.

Here's how it works, I think: You sign up with Nike for free. At various events (PGA TOUR, European Tour, LPGA Tour), if a Nike player (AK, TW, Michelle Wie, Amanda Blumenherst, Charl Schwartzel, etc) wins, they draw some number of winners for a free driver or putter: your choice. I selected a VR Driver, since that's what I'd buy if I were to purchase a new driver. I think they have VR STR8 FIT, MachSpeed, and the Method putters available, as well.

I think signing up is just becoming a fan of this promotion on facebook and giving some details, like putter length or desired shaft flex.

thanks for the heads up, i think after 3000 posts you are ok to post a promo, someone who has less than 5 posts its obvious of their affiliation.

i really hate marketing people on blogs, their posts are shameless, which makes it easy to spot, then boycott
