This is my golf swing, I am coming over the top and slicing it alot! what is wrong with this! can someone please help me.

(also i am not getting that much distance! People my age are hitting 7 irons from 150 yards, I'm hitting 5 iron! whats going wrong!)

I may need to comment here! This is hacker is my brother and I taught him everything he knows (hence being a hacker!). I ill outline what I have been suggesting and people can agree, disagree, whatever. These are the main points I would pick out:
  • Needs the left wrist straighter at setup, the forearm and shaft are a continuous line
  • take away needs to be smoother and one piece (beach ball drill?), at the moment it is very jerky
  • Needs a better shoulder turn an clearing under the chin
  • Try to maintain the wrist angle longer into impact, a lot of power is lost by 'casting' the wrists too early in the downswing

I'm not really qualified to give swing advice. I just wanted to say it looks like a really good start and I envy you kids that were able to start playing young. It always seems like it is easier to get the fundamentals of the swing motion down the younger you are.
