Can't swing a club for weeks HELP!!

I injured my left wrist 2 weeks ago and still cant swing a club without pain yet. So does anyone have any solutions to keep me from going insane. I went from golfing 3-5 times a week to NOTHING!!!

I've been playing Tiger Woods golf on xbox haha thats about all i can do at this point.

Purchase a home putting mat to at least have something to do, Like when I would shoot free throws all day long when I broke my ankle as a kid. Wear a wrist brace if that's too painful.

Side plank
Planks

Gluts, Hips, Thighs,
Squats

Try what i had to do last wednesday, 300

10 pushups, 10 crunches, 10 squats
do them 10 times each, in a rotational order. Or if your wrist is hurt, do 200, 10 sets of 10 crunches and 10 squats. This will help your game when you want to get back to golf..
