Went to golf galaxy today and picked up a new 10.5 stiff flex round head nike dymo driver. Get to go and rip it tomorow, pretty excited. Anyone else have one that want to share there opinions on it.

I had one, mine was 8.5*, but I thought it was a good driver. It is much better than the Machspeed in my opinion. I hit the Victory Red Driver and didn't care much for it. Is yours a str8fit?

no, im not on the bandwagon for all that adjustability stuff, not my cup of tea. especially wasnt gonna pay anotther 100 bucks for something i dont really like and will never use. id probably just leave it a neutral the whole time.

Yeah, My dymo wasn't adjustable either, just wondering if yours is. My r9 of course is but it stays on neutral. I would rather work on my swing that adjust the club

I don't have a Dymo, but I got the Dymo2 and love it. I have the str8fit and I actually like that the most. I can change it and see if it fit's my swing and how the shot shape is. I've tried all settings and have found I like it 1% open. I also liked it 2% open but the fade was too much. I would have not found this out other wise. I have become more consistent with my drives and I like the feel of this club.

I have the Dymo 2 str8-fit and like it. I am still tying to pick the best setting for me. At neutral mine is 10.5*. I don't care to actually work on my swing. I just want to play.

I had the exact same club Kennay... loved it. Scored a crazy good deal on a Machspeed... I like the Machspeed alot better than the Dymo, but thats not short changing the Dymo.

Great purchase.

Let us know how you hit it.

I just picked up the dymo^2, for reasons I don't want to get into yet. I love it at the range, so far, and loved it on the launch monitor. If it works the way I think it will - I'll know within a round or two - I'll make a thread, because my motivation was quite weird and I want to know more about it.

    • Day 36: back to some mirror work tonight. Need a bit more forearm roll in my feels to help with the shallowing.
    • _sigh_ so close to red text.  Went away for three days, but didn't do a practice morning-of-departure (Friday) nor evening-of-return (Sunday), so I had three misses, back to day one. Day 1, May 4 2026.  At home today, spent nearly an hour in my practice room, hitting about three dozen practice balls, primarily with my 6-iron.
    • Day 254 5-4 Arms off chest in backswing and downswing. Short swing, pause and then hit.  Hit foam balls. Keeping arching of wrist a focus as well.
    • I would think of it in terms of time. The time it takes to get the arm angle into a good position to deliver the club with proper shaft lean. Another component is rotation, but that is also a matter of timing. It relates to how the body stalls to give the golfer time to hit the ball. If you have to get 80+ degrees out of that right elbow in one third of a second versus 50 degrees in the same time then you have to steal time from somewhere. It is usually body rotation. That does not help with shaft lean.  I agree in that amateurs tend to make the swing more complicated than pro golfers.
    • I haven't been able to practice like I wanted and won't for the next week.  1. The weather sucks in Ohio this year. I have been mostly inside hitting foam balls. Just kind of my basic stuff.  2. I woke up last Saturday with a left side rib muscle on fire. If I turned or leaned a certain way it would spasm that almost buckled my knees. I have been taking a break to let that settle. I don't want to get a long term injury. I think I pinched a nerve or just aggravated a muscles.   3. I am going on a mini-vacation to Florida (screw you Ohio weather) with a friend, and rolling that into a work conference I have next week. I will be with out my clubs for a week.  I will be back next in two Fridays to hit the ground running with some warmer temps and better weather in Ohio, hopefully. I would really like to get more out on the course and the range.
