Here is my data from today's game.

Fairways: 7/18

GIR: 7/18

Putts: 3/18

So putting wasn't my strongest but I was pleased with keeping the ball down the fairway. Two 8's killed my scored big time or else I would shot in the 90's. However, I finished strong with 2 birdies on a par 3 with a 4 foot putt and a par 5 getting on 3 with a 20+ foot putt for birdie. Overall, I am very pleased even though I shot terrible.

Whats in the Four 5?

I had one of those rounds last week. I shot 99, but I was spraying my tee shots all day (when I first pulled the driver, it took three attempts to put the ball in play) to the point where I was lucky to have a look at the green in three shots. Luckily, my short game was on, and I was able to make a few putts along the way to keep the round from being a complete disaster.

If you're bad off the tee keep going down in clubs. One round I was so bad off the tee that I didn't tee off with anything larger than a 6i on the back and shot a 42!

I actually had a nice trap-draw working on the occasions I had a fairway lie, and I wished I had my 3-iron in the bag to do that. As it was, The course I was playing had too many forced carries off the tee to keep the driver in the bag.
