Ready to pull the trigger and get a set of X-22's. I've seen ads for X-22's with "NS PRO 990 Steel Shafts". Anyone have any info on these shafts compared to Callaway's stock "Uniflex" steel shafts?

Hunted around but couldn't find much.

GolfLink mentioned the shaft, but only in connection with a Callaway Fusion wide-soled PW. Gave marketing garble rather than shaft specs; as best I can tell, it's a lightweight Uniflex. Supposedly comes in at 99 grams.

If anyone else finds something concrete, please share.

OP: If you're getting custom shafts, you might look at DG R300 SL (super lights). They weigh less than standard DGs.

Focus, connect and follow through!
