Kool Kat?

I used to use a Wood Brothers Kool Kat Persimmon Wood.... I thought it was such a cool club, it was painted bright yellow so it was pretty hard to miss it

Anybody use any old clubs like this?

I remember the Kool Kat. It came in red or yellow and was very noticeable. Wood Bros. also made a traditional brown colored persimmon driver, if I remember correctly. Used to see it in Edwin Watts.

I used to hit a Cleveland Persimmon driver in the 1990s like the one Davis Love III used (or was it Justin Leonard). I also had a set of Jack Nicklaus MacGregors. From there I graduated to non-persimmon Ping Zing woods in blonde, then by the time I was in my senior year of high school I was using a Yonex Titanium Driver and TM Burner Bubble Titanium woods. This evolution in implemented technology took place over the course of only 5 years.

Come to think of it, I still have those persmissons and I think the Zings too! Time to go experiment on the range.

I play with a guy who has a Kool Kat driver and 4 wood. He will game them occassionally and they still play great.
