If you were going to attend a PGA event what's the difference between grounds tickets and gallery tickets? Do you need/want both?

Ground tix is what everyone get by default....it means that you can walk to the grounds, watch the match from the ropes, and basically follow the golfer from hole to hole.

Gallery tix, mean that you actually get a seat in an specific gallery ie at the 18th hole.

I went to the QGC CA Championship at Doral this year and had group tix. I basically followed Vijay and Camilo Villegas from green to green!

My, then 6 month daughter, waived on her own accord to Camilo as he was passing by on the 18th, and after the round gave her an autographed ball (my avatar).

The benefit of the gallery, is that you have a great vantage point to hole you are buying, and during the hottest hours of the day, you will like to have a shaded place to sit and still catch live action.
It's the indian, not the arrow! But it sure is nice to have good arrows!!!!!
