I just notice that my 3 iron club head is smaller than my other irons. 3 iron is pretty hard to hit because it's the longest iron. Now because the head is smaller makes it even harder to hit.

Is it supposed to be like that ?
Whats in my Golf Bag:
Driver: Nike Sumo 5000
5 Wood: Mizuno MP-001
Iron: Mizuno MX-950 5-PW
Wedge: Cobra FP 60 degrePutter: Odyssey 2-BallBall: Yellow balls

There is no 3 or 4 iron in your signature, so are these from another brand/series ?
