Laddie Precept X are good for slow swings, if you can swallow some pride, otherwise nike makes a ball for this, either karma or easy distance.

What golf balls are designed for players using A flex shafts? Are golf balls even designed with that kind of thinking in mind?

It's not so much A-flex directly, but there are golf balls designed for slower swing speeds. Alomar has some good suggestions in his post.

A link to the suggestions would be great. I tried searching but nothing obvious turned out.

What got me thinking was golf balls targeted to kids based on swing speed - 70 MPH - 80 MPH - 90 MPH. How is shaft flex matched to ball make/composition?

I'm pretty sure it isn't. If your shaft is correct for your swing, you'll deliver the club head at the right angle and aimed at your initial target. Determine that club head speed, ask yourself what kind of game you play (or want to play) and then go ball hunting.

    • Come one now. Some guy on twitter says it so it must be true? Groundbreaking for SMU's Payne Stewart Golf Learning Center Thats the SMU announcement from 2009. Was named way before Bryson started. Construction apparently did not finish until 2017 so at least the guy on twitter got that right.       That quote is apparently from this 2022 article  LIV Superstar Bryson DeChambeau Shares the Real Reason Why He Fell in Love With Ben Hogan and His Famous Flat Cap - EssentiallySports In his recent YouTube video, Bryson DeChambeau discusses how his love for the famous Ben Hogan cap began and his admiration for the legend.   He has talked about the cap way before this.
