Hello everyone, nice forum you have here.

I just started playing about a month ago after a 12 year layoff. I can't belive how much more I appreciate this game now. I think back then I just got burned out on it, the folly of youth perhaps.

I joined a CC here because me and my family needed a nice place to swim, and decided to get back into golf because I was paying for it anyway. Bought a cheaper set of clubs and have been upgrading to better ones a few at a time.

Since I work mostly from my home office when I am not onsite I have been able to go almost 4-5 times a week for at least 9 holes (no greens fee FTW). I am looking forward to introducing my son to the game in the coming years and hopefully improving my own. If anyone is in KY and wants to get out for a round hit me up.
