I've never heard of the company until yesterday, but they make a fantastic wedge. I've been looking for a new 56 as my current one is too light for my taste. Demo'd Nike, Cleveland, Taylor made and maxfli (along with some real old wedges). All too light and too much bounce. I'd like to hit a Titlest and Mizuno also, but I think I found what I'm after in a Solus. The guy at the range is letting me use a used one to see if I like it. Well, I love it. Those short pitches are so much easier with some weight in the head.

For those out there looking for a heavier wedge like I was, check out Solus.

You can get the same effect by putting a heavier shaft in all those u mentioned. A lot of people like to use DG S400 in their wedges toincrease the weight. If it feels great and you hit it well, then great. Though I'm not sure Solus makes wedges on par with Titleist and cleveland.
