You always hear how difficult it is. But how hard is it really? What would you rate its difficulty on a scale of 1-100, 100 being hardest. 90? Higher?

Depends on the tees you play and what your strengths and weaknesses are. I don't think it was harder than Oakland Hills and it wasn't anywhere near as hard as Oakmont. 85, maybe?
