I hurt my right wrist again ...

i feel that my the back of my hand ( 4th and 5the finger area ) are so painful when i try to square my club.

And the bad news is the club tournament is 6 days away.

Any super fast remedy for a broken hand ?

I broke my hand in that area several years ago and it still gives me issues to this day. I have found that ice helps the most.

Did you punch someone in the face? I broke my third metacarpal a few years ago in a fight with my brother.

Just messin' with ya! Seriously though, are you sure that it's broken? I had some wrist problems crop up a while back and I thought it was carpal tunnel. I went to the doctor and he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Any pressure I put on it resulted in pretty excruciating pain. I finally realized it was my technique (the way I was holding my hand was putting my wrist in a bind) while playing bass. I changed that up a little and haven't had any trouble since. Is there anything you do on a regular basis that may be aggravating your wrist?

It sounds like you have the same thing as me. I had it checked out by several doctors and finally came up with a TFCC tear. You get pain in the back of your hand and it drives you nuts. I bought this wrist brace thing called a Wrist Widget (search it online) and it works amazing! No pain at all and it doesnt reduce motion of your wrist. You can golf with it and everything. Just a suggestion if this is your problem but you can give it a try.

      Great year last year. Who winning this year could be another special story? Brooks? Spieth? Or Aberg? An AM? I dont know if anything could top last year

      I love Rancho Park too!  I don't get out there much due to the 405 issues (Im in Santa Clarita) but I do try and get out there every now and then...last time out was in January where I eagled 17 (left green) with a holed 145 yard third shot ! Rancho is a great course! And at 24 bucks weekday with the city card, an absolute steal!

      I have played PGA West, at least one or two courses in there, but I am not sure if I've played any of the courses used to host the Hope. I played a course that I think both isn't PGA West and is host to the Hope a few years ago, possibly at a TST outing, but I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right one. I have played Rancho Park plenty of times (exactly half of my sub-80 rounds were there!) and Wilson/Harding.  Rancho Park might be my favorite golf course among those I've played more than a half dozen times.   Hopefully I'll get a chance to play TPC Scottsdale, maybe this August or September, and at some point I think there was a PGA Tour event in Las Vegas, I should get up there and play those course(s).
