You can get electrolytes from Electrolyte Water, which they have at Trader Joe's, or from Brawdo. The rest you can get from miscellaneous snacks that are easy to carry.

Also try coconut water. More Electrolytes and potassium than Gatorade and it's all natural.

Don't think it's necessarily bad to take; I seriously doubt the claims about serotonin. I just think it's pseudo-science; like so much nutritional advice these days. Better things to spend one's money on.
