R9 3 wood paint chipping

Finally got my R9 3 wood, hits quite nicely. But, the paint on the crown, where the face meets the paint seems to chip rather easily. Anybody else experience this paint chipping with this club, or taylormade in general?

If you sky the 3 wood it will happen with any club.

Yep, you can but the exact same paint on ebay. Some guy sells them.

thanks guys. I just purchased this club from timtheputterman, and I know he's got a good rep, but you never know.

I thought this was happening to my callaway driveway. I saw the paint chipping, looked at the warranty and found out that callaway's warranty doesnt cover cosmetic damage, so i just dropped it. Then on the 17th hole one afternoon, the club head snapped in half. Thankfully callaway sent be a brand new driver. Point of the story is, make sure it is purely cosmetic damage before you paint it. you might have cracked the club. Hopefully that didn't happen.
