Forged 410 Stainless steel vs. Carbon Steel

Could anyone tell me the difference between the two? I know carbon is suppose to feel softer, but the Titelist 735 are forged....will the Carbon still be much more softer?

Honestly, I have the 410 and I can't tell much of a difference. I have been playing them for a while and love everything about them.

I'm torn beween the Mizuno MP 67's and the Titelist 735 CM's........I might just go with whatever I can get cheaper!

Carbon is much softer when talking about putters, so it would still apply towards irons, but just not as much. BTW.. I would go with the MPs.

Do you have experience with both irons? I like the progressive idea behind the Titleists and the estimated price....however Mizuno looks sharp and clean.....and if has a softer feel than that's what I'm going for.

I have the Titleist 755 which are nice, they are not near as soft as say the MP 67 or MP32 when flushed but some of that has to do with design as well . the SS is more durable and more resistant to rust. Never hit the 735 but I like the idea behind the progressive set and when I get a new set (mizuno's) I may make a combo set. Oh yeah the 735's will be cheaper everytime if they are in comparable shape.
