My 8 year old has been in the USGA kids program. They have to shoot 72 or better on 9 holes to get passed level 1. I took him out today and he shot a straight up 60 on 9! That was with 2-10s and an 8. The bad holes came because he had some trouble getting out if the sand and he still needs some feel on putting distance. He was even on the par 5 in 2!! Now obviously this was from the junior tees but I was so proud of how well he played.

      OK - I think we should narrow down a weekend, and start there.  We're going to try to do this in June. I've created a Doodle poll where everyone can vote for the options that work for them.  Please include your username so I can track/post results.       Option #2 because I'd add the condition that it's in a tournament. Because that'd mean I'd break par in a tournament. And I already have a hole in one.
