How often are you walking on to the course as the sun is going down to do a little practicing? I was playing at Twin Lakes in Federal Way yesterday, and our round ran us until we could hardly see the ball, and as we were finishing up the last couple holes, people who lived on or around the course were walking on and playing shots/putting/whatever. Is this common practice? I know if I had a nice course right outside my house the temptation would be too much for me to ignore...

I think it is common at the course where I live. However you are not supposed (against the HOA & course rules)to but I have never heard of anyone being told to leave.
