Hosel, Shaft, or Clubhead problem?

I think the clubhead is moving, not the hosel. Not good, as I adore this driver. It's a MacGregor V-Foil 8.5 degree.

Hosel problem, shaft problem, or clubhead problem? I'm thinking the solution is to warm up the epoxy (perhaps add some) move the clubhead back into position and that's it?

Opinions? Thanks.... I change my own grips, but that's about it. No parts are moving at this point. Everything is solid. I hit balls with it today, before I noticed the separation.

shaft needs to be removed and prepared again for expoxying and then reglued. looks like there is an adapter to make the shaft fit into the hostel. let someone do this who has experience with this equipment.

Depends where you go... I think at the Roger Dunn's or Golfsmith by me it'd be like $15, probably $10 at this smaller, locally owned shop.
