Is it time to replace my Titleist Vokey 56.14?

I've had my Titleist Vokey 56.14 wedge now for about 3 years or so.  The bottom three grooves are pretty worned down.  Is it time to replace it?  Will I notice much of a difference with a club and the bottom three grooves being present?  I some how am attached to this .....why?

Somehow I feel that I'm going to have to be like the kid from the movie, "Mr. Mom", when he has to get rid of his "wubby.".....lame....

It looks like the grooves are pretty worn.  I'd replace it with a 2010 wedge quickly before they get to be more and more rare and thus expensive.  You WILL notice a difference coming into the greens out of the rough or shots from tight lies when you pinch down on it.

I replace my wedges when I replace my irons. To me, they're the same....
