I take the ball away very text book, but at the top I move my hands over a few inchs to the right and come over the top just enough to throw off my miss hits but nothing major.

any drills or suggestions to help me get more "one planed"

I agree, this type of move is about connection and effort control. The glove will force you to stop over use of your arms and shoulders early in the downswing.

You might try holding the wrist cock longer, sounds like your letting the wrist break at the top to start your swing, throwing the hands out. Hard to tell without seeing it in action.

I had a similar problem and ended up with an out to in swing path resulting in pulled shots to the left for a while. One range drill I found useful was to place a second golf ball 18 inches directly behind the one I was about to hit. This stopped me coming over the top and forced me to swing on an in to out swing path and cured my pull very quickly.

Yes it's also called casting, throwing the arms outside in. Yes I've played pine trace. Pontiac

ya i had fun there. I played last april. differant style on course then im used too but very nice.

i tried holding my wrist cock longer on my downswing and it seemed to help on all holes but really helped on hole 8
i birdied my favorite par five at my home course with a drive of 295 and with a second shot from 242 with a three wood to the heart of the green and 2 putted for bird.

thanks for the tips

I think if you cast, the grip may be breaking down at the top. particularly in right hand separation. See what your grip looks like after the swing is done. If its changed work on swinging a correct grip throughout the full swing. This keeps the top a unit and helps prevent the wrist/hand action at the top.
