Sonnocaddie V500 sattelite images?

Is anyone using the Sonnocaddie V500 sattelite images? I have tied it on 3 different courses and the images DO NOT even come close to the example shown on their web site or even the actual box the product came in. I will say that Sonnocaddie has tried to be helpful and re-did the courses I selected, but still not even remotely acceptable!

The images I am getting look like a high altitude, side angled picture similar as those to Google Earth map views that are showing even homes and streets TWO BLOCKS AWAY?

Is anyone else having this problem?
